Julia Cawte

Julia Cawte

Julia’s passion in life is to enable people to fulfil their true potential.  After completing a degree in Psychology, she began a career as a Probation Officer in London. Here Julia worked with a wide variety of offenders and thrived on the challenge of coaching them.  Her work enabled them to journey from where they were to where they fundamentally want to be in life.

After moving to Bristol she undertook numerous courses in Drama, Coaching, NLP and Qi Gong (energy work).  Now running a successful consultancy, she uses all of these disciplines when transforming people’s relationship with public speaking. Julia works both on an individual basis and with groups. She also facilitates open courses and bespoke corporate work.

Julia works individually with her clients to banish any fears related to public speaking and ultimately shine when they deliver a talk or presentation.  Julia wholeheartedly believes that everyone has the innate right to take up their space in the world, stand tall and be heard.

Amanda Davie

Amanda Davie

Amanda Davie is an executive and leadership coach who helps individuals and organisations to be curious, courageous, collaborative and compassionate in how they do business.

In 2008 Amanda hit a glass ceiling and went in search of new challenges and a better work/life balance. So she decided to flex her own entrepreneurial muscle and built a successful, international digital management consulting firm called Reform. In 2011, wanting to give something back to the sector that shaped her, Amanda set up a non-profit mentoring programme for the digital industry called Mentoring Digital Minds; and, in support of other less privileged female entrepreneurs, became a mentor on the Cherie Blair International Mentoring Programme for Women in Business.

In 2013 Amanda embarked upon her second career, trained in psychology of coaching, qualified to become a member of the Association for Coaching and launched her own executive coaching and leadership development practice.

As a coach Amanda applies a range of techniques and tools but her specialism is in Emotional Intelligence and she is a certified practitioner of RocheMartin’s Emotional Capital Report – a tool to help assess and develop emotional intelligence in business leadership.

Specialities and Interests

1 to 1 coaching either face to face or skype with clients who are going through or seeking to make changes – such as leaving home, starting a new job, working in leadership roles or positions of responsibility, raising a family, changing career, addressing issues of life balance, moving forward from an empty nest.

Facilitating ‘Coaching Skills for Family Life ‘ courses. Nic has a heartfelt belief that raising children is the most important role we can undertake . There is no other role that brings with it such a roller coaster of emotions. It is also one of the hardest things to do: there is no ‘magic bullet’, there is no comprehensive manual and there is a conflicting array of advice on offer. Without telling you what to do, this course is designed to provide you with knowledge and understanding to help you face the daily challenges.
